GROUPS
Smaller groups of people mean we get to know each other better and grow in our relationship with God.
At ACC we really believe in being authentic, courageous and honest about our relationships with God and each other. This is much easier in smaller contexts. Groups happen on a termly basis with a Social instead, then a week off during the two week school holidays and more socials (BBQs, Games Nights etc) during the summer holidays.
Our kids get to perform in the Nativity and at other events, as we're always encouraging them to use their giftings and talents and to have fun getting to know God for themselves!
Community events vary, make contact to find out what's happening.
Parents can drop their kids off at Go Team or any rehearsals and accompany them to church on Sundays, but get to enjoy the sermon while the kids have Kids Church
Our Men and Women have seperate termly get togethers over food, sport or something else equally enjoyable.
The general idea is we have time together, a good meal and get to chat through some of life's really big and meaningful topics!
We also get along to local events together, such as Karaoke, or joint church events such as the Bible Society Dinner or Carols at Candlelight.

Alpha is a great way to learn about the Christian faith and our relationship with God and Connect Groups are a chance to go deeper, pray, study the bible together and eat great cookies!
There is plenty of discussion and lots of testimony sharing, so our faith is really built up as a result.
